Select the file(s) you want to convert by click "Add Files". Once the file(s) are selected, specify the input file encoding by selecting from the list of encodings under "Use Encoding". As shown in the screenshot, we have selected "UTF-16" because that is the current encoding of the file we have selected classic-utf16.txt
