List of changes with this release include
1. Process files on the net as easily as local files on your
hard-drive. Does not matter whether the files are located on a server
across the room, or around the globe! Access remote files on the web
using "HTTP" or "HTTPS" protocols. Also supported are "FTP" urls
including anonymous FTP or FTP hosts requiring login with a username
and password.
2. Save output to locations on the net. Supported protocols include
FTP and HTTP (i.e. posting to a HTML form).
3. CSV Output module no longer requires a filename to write output
to. Rather it outputs data in CSV format to the output stream which
can be saved to a local or remote location, or further processed.
Ferrite Release 1.4 - Aug 10, 2005
1. Added a "Help View" containing step-by-step instructions for common
tasks.
2. Added menu items for loading tutorials in a browser window.
